Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

COD is available on orders up to ₹20,000 in most pincodes. A ₹49 handling fee applies on COD orders below ₹999.
How long does delivery take?

Metros: 2–4 business days. Tier-2 cities: 4–6 days. Remote areas: 6–10 days. You'll get a tracking link over SMS as soon as your order ships.
How do I track my order?

You can track your order from Account → My Orders, or click the tracking link sent to you over SMS and email.
What is your return policy?

We offer 7-day returns from the date of delivery. The item must be unused and in original packaging. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
How long do refunds take?

UPI/Card refunds are credited in 3–5 business days after QC. COD refunds are sent via NEFT in 5–7 business days.
Are your products genuine?

Yes. Every product on Horizonite is sourced directly from the brand or authorised distributors. All electronic items come with manufacturer warranty.
Do you offer GST invoices?

Yes. GST invoices are automatically generated and emailed to you after dispatch. You can also download them from Account → My Orders.
My payment was deducted but the order didn't confirm. What should I do?

Failed transactions are automatically refunded by the bank within 5-7 business days. If you don't receive the refund, email support@horizonite.in with your transaction ID.
How do I cancel an order?

Go to Account → My Orders and click Cancel. Orders can be cancelled any time before they are dispatched.
