7-Day Easy Returns
We want you to love what you buy. If a product isn't right, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and include all tags, manuals, and accessories.
How to Initiate a Return
- Go to Account → My Orders and click “Return” on the item.
- Select a reason and upload a photo of the product (if damaged or incorrect).
- We will schedule a reverse pickup within 48 hours.
- Once the parcel reaches our warehouse and passes QC, we process the refund.
Refund Timelines
- UPI / Cards / Net Banking: 3–5 business days after QC clearance.
- COD orders: Refunded to your bank account via NEFT in 5–7 business days. Please provide bank details on request.
- Wallet / Store Credit: Instant on QC clearance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Used, opened, or washed items
- Personal care, beauty, and hygiene products once opened
- Innerwear, socks, and masks
- Consumables past expiry
- Custom / personalised products
Damaged or Wrong Item Received
If your parcel arrives damaged, tampered, or contains the wrong product, raise a return request within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping charges.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order any time before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow the return process above.
