Delivery Coverage
We deliver to 25,000+ pincodes across India through our logistics partners. Metro orders are dispatched from our nearest fulfilment centre to minimise transit time.
Delivery Timelines
- Metros (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 2–4 business days
- Tier-2 cities: 4–6 business days
- Remote / North-East / J&K: 6–10 business days
Orders placed before 2 PM IST on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed the next working day.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
- COD (Cash on Delivery): A handling fee of ₹49 applies on orders below ₹999.
- Heavy or oversized items may incur additional freight, shown at checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also view live tracking from the Orders section in your account.
Failed Delivery Attempts
Our courier partner will make up to 3 attempts to deliver your order. If the parcel cannot be delivered, it will be returned to our warehouse. For COD orders, this is treated as a cancellation. For prepaid orders, we will re-attempt delivery or issue a refund.
