1. Eligibility

2. Pricing & Taxes
All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors; if you've been charged an incorrect amount, we will refund the difference or cancel the order.
3. Orders & Acceptance
An order confirmation does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel orders in cases of stock-outs, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or prohibited delivery regions. Payments for cancelled orders are refunded in full.
4. Payments
We accept UPI, credit & debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed by Razorpay under its own terms. Card data is tokenised and never stored on our servers.

6. Product Listings
We make every effort to describe products accurately. However, colours may appear slightly different on screen, and specifications may change without notice.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — logos, photos, text, code — belongs to Horizonite or its licensors. You may not copy, reuse, or republish without written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Horizonite's liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka.
